I was also looking for Jan,2015 entry in this program but unfortunately admission are closed. After completing MISSM ,You could not get job as Information Security Analyst without having any experience in IT industry. But Yes, This job is in highly demand and average annual salary is above $95,000. Applicants for this job are Software Engineer having 6+ years of experience.

As for job prospects, its in plenty. Only thing that matters are ur practical skills, canadian experience, knowledge and refernces.Also, initially one can expect a basic domain job in Information security sector, but later with experience, the job are highly paying, and yes , we can expect a good govt job in this sector also.

Guys if you would like to apply for Concordia intake for Jan 2015 you can still apply. One of my friends applyied through a consultant called megamind and get her offer letter.

Apparently the job prospects are awesome in Calgary and you can get a starting salary of 60,000 dollars
