Concerned about Visa Application (study permit)

Good day guys,
I need some help about whether i'm gonna get rejected or not. First of all, I've applied from VFS global bangladesh at August 8,2016. After 2 weeks i got a letter from VO having some concern about my fund. He concerned that i've submitted fraudulent bank statement. I get back to him within 2 weeks after he sent the mail with a confirmation letter from bank manager. After that i got no response from them yet! Its been 10 weeks which was standard visa processing time tho they add one more week now. Now my question is, I heard they ask for medical within the standard visa processing time but i haven't got any mail from VO yet. Does that mean i'm gonna get rejected or they will take more time to verify my status? My lawyer said it is okay as i responded to their concern. IF anyone faced same problems and then got visa then please let me know how long it did take to get visa? My winter semester is gonna started from january 5 beside i've ESL to do. Any help and knowledge is greatly appreciable. Sorry about my grammatical errors tho. Thanks guys, waiting to get reply from you

Bro, you need to call VFS about it and tell them about your status. You need to do some follow-up since you have already reach the maximum standard time of processing. Regarding your application, its a 50-50 chance depending on your V0 since they didn't ask about your medical but there is still a big chance that they will consider you. Did you submit your passport together with your application? Don't lose hope. As long as you have not received a refusal letter, there is still a chance. Good luck and I hope you get approve.

Thanks for your opinion bro. I've already contacted with VFS agents few times, but everytime they insisted that i have to contact to Canadian high commission to know more about my application status. I just noticed that my lawyer made a mistake that i didn't see before. My cousin who is living in Canada now insisted me to just pray for the best. I submitted my passport with my application but not the original one.

What if you you did the medical and it came out well before the sent the procedural fairness letter,is there any difference?
