Concerned about PR and chances

So I wanna apply for PR soon but concerned about my chances
My options so far are CEC and FSWP.
I've been in Canada since 2016 and my PGWP expires November. If selected heard the process is about 6 months or so.
My problems are:

1. About work experience:

Last year I was an associate for the MasterCard Foundation part of a program called the Mastercard associate program and they got me a contract with a foreign company. I did this for a year I was paid in CAD through the foundations Canadian account and worked remote here that said Mastercard did not sign a contract with me and told me they can't give me a letter of employment as the foundation cannot employ staff for itself using program funds. I have a certificate showing I graduated through the program
that said heard this may count as foreign work but heard FSWP selections are rare.

1. I heard about LMIA and considered that if things go south but heard it hards to get and wonder about my chances as heard most employers don't get it

So TBH I'm getting concerned about what to do do and all? I don't want to panic but are there any good/reasonable solutions to offer

You are not applying for PR..you are submitting a profile.

1. Foreign experience. Few FWS draws and over 530.
2. LMIA very hard unless in a niche/highly skilled area or live in a remote community. So don’t plan on it.

Learn French. Move to Quebec and go to a language school for 6 months.

You've posted the same questions multiple times on this forum and they have been answered. I think it's time to hire an immigration lawyer to help you. It feels like you are looking for an easy path to PR. There isn't an easy / clear path to PR for you based on your profile and you don't have much time left on your PGWP. Posting the same questions here isn't going to change that. Either take action based on the advice you have already received or hire a lawyer.

So would you recommend I practice french for 6 months and submit a profile then?
I considered doing that and applying for a Bridge open work permit.
but heard that takes 3-4 month to apply and worry if I submit by August and my PGWP expires November so worry it might expire before then

You need to achieve CLB7 on a French language test to qualify for the French language draws. This was previously explained to you.

You don't qualify for a BOWP without receiving ITA and submitting your complete application. To get ITA, you need to have enough points to be selected.

You are right to be worried. You don't have the point to be selected as of now for PR through EE, don't qualify for a BOWP, and you should assume it will not be possible to find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process.

How much French do you know? What are your expectations for French in just 6 months? BOWPs are only for those who receive ITA. You need CLB 7 that is advanced-intermediate. So look at is being as fluent in French as in English.

I did in HS and my family is Francophone
so would say its intermediate level

Depending on the type of French high school you may already have a quite high CLB although would certainly brush up on your writing skills if you don’t write in French regularly. You may want to test your French soon to determine your current level and how much you may need to improve to get CLB7.

Well if family is francophone then should score well. Ask them to speak and write to you only in French. Need CLB 7 in all areas to be eligible for Francophone stream.

How proficient are you now? If family is Francophone then should be very proficient? You can submit a profile now but doesn’t mean ITA. No one can tell you how many hours you need to study. You need to be proficient in all areas, just like English.

I don't see how any of us can answer that. YOU need to figure out how much studying you need to do to achieve a score of CLB7 in the French test.

Do you have English language test results? It's mandatory you have this to set up an EE profile.

I was planning on doing the CELPIP soon

So if you haven't done an English language test yet then you cannot set up an EE profile. You need to take the test and wait for the result to be available before you can submit an EE profile.

I'll be very honest. This is EE basics. You need to take all of this a great deal more seriously if you really want PR. You are very short on time and lack the points. You should be prepared to leave Canada in Nov if things don't go your way. There is a good chance they won't.
