Hello Guys,
I applied for FSW from India.I have 6.6 years of experiene as software engineer and my employer
had given full experience in reference letter. But during these period I took 7 months maternity leave that was loss of pay.
I have submitted bank statement to prove my salary information in which PAN number is not mentioned.
So there is any chance to find out my leave details and will they reduce my experience to 5 years and 11 months.
Please share your experience and suggestions,if anybody face similar issue.
Thanks,
diju

What does the reference letter say? If it doesn't mention the gap and shows the employment to be continuous then I think the leave wouldn't matter. But the fact that you weren't paid raises some question. Anyways, do you absolutely need more than 6 years experience to qualify? It's good not to rely on extra points from this to be absolutely safe.

I want 6 years experience only to meet the points. In my reference letter ,it's not mentioned anything about maternity leave. If they know about my maternity leave ,I have 5 years and 11 months experience ,from the date of joining to the date of application filed.I still work in same company.I request your valuable reply.
Thanks,
Diju
