Concern on Proof of Funds

My bank has refused to give me a reference letter stating they don't issue any such letter however; bank did provide me a statement including all the required details.. Account opening date is hand written along with stamp and signature of bank representative..

Would this be enough in regards to the Proof of Funds??

You can explain in your LoE that your bank refused to issue you the requested letter.
Upload the bank statement and make sure the contact information of the bank branch and the bank representative who signed the letter is also included (ask for representative's personal contact card and scan and upload it if the statement doesn't contain any contact information).
