Concern about address after receiving PPR

I changed my country of residence after application and notified CIC through CSE form. I got reply from them that they have received the update but when I access ECAS, it still shows the old address. I'm applying from outside Canada.
My question is - assuming I will receive PPR (fingers crossed), (i) How can I ensure that CIC will send the passports back to my new address and not the old address? and (ii) Will I have to send it to Ottawa or Local Visa Office?

Thanks in Advance.

Pre-Assessed..
I changed my address over 2 weeks ago and ECAS still has my old address. When they sent me a letter a week ago it was addressed to my new address. As long as you got confirmation that they received your address change I think you are fine.

ECAS is not always fully in sync with your CIC info.
