@laoyan, any update on the writ of mandamus? Mine less than a yeat old and i am inbound. It is so frustrating. I feel the IRCC and the Canadian government are encouraging people to lie about their backgrounds. It is simple logic, people who have sinister agenda about their reasons for seeking entry to Canada will lie about their professional background. That an applicant is honest about it is a clue that no sinister agenda is intended. Also, what do they actually check that takes years to finalise? Something has to be done. Ircc and the Canadian government should be more intelligent than this
