Hello The Antibody,TheAntiBody said:Frege and everyone good weekend !
So what I suppose to do if so?
I should find a loyal lawyer that's for sure
And trust only him?
If your mother and her husband have said that they are interested in sponsoring you, you should ask for a consultation with an immigration lawyer, preferably in Ontario, where they live. Usually a lawyer can arrange a teleconference, so you ought to be able to speak to them from Calgary.
You could ask your mother to consult one of the organizations I listed above for Ontario, and go from there. She could start with a community legal clinic that deals with immigration law: http://yourlegalrights.on.ca/service-topic/immigration-and-refugee-law If her family income is low enough, the service will be free. In any case, that is where I would start, because even if they can't serve her, they will point her in the right direction.
As the information sheet for the non-profit Justice Net said, it's an option for people with incomes too high to qualify for legal aid, but which still are not very high. They charge about $100-$150 an hour instead of $250-$300. http://www.justicenet.ca/fee-structure/
Don't leave this until the last moment. You and they may want to see what was in the original application before submitting a new one or changing it, if you think there is any difficulty, and it will take time to get a copy of the file.
You'll have to form your own opinion of whether the lawyer you speak to is good or not, and whether you need to change.
