it's totally up to you whether you want to apply earlier v.s. later. If you are rejected, you can reapply again but you need to gather all your documents and pay the application fee again.

this is just my opinion, your work experiences from 8/2012 - 3/2013 seems quite complicated to explain to the Visa Officers. If you want the Visa Officers to understand your situation 100%, you need to provide very good experience letter that clearly states that your duty and everything. to be honest, I'm American and very well educated and I'm a bit confused by your work experiences from 8/2012 - 3/2013. if it confuses me, i'm sure the Visa Officers will have to read through everything you've submitted very carefully to understand your case. from what I've read on here, the Visa Officers are not very patient, sympathetic, or forgiving towards applicants.

i would make everything as simple as it could be for the Visa Officers to avoid any chance of rejection. if you are rejected, you need to apply it again from the start and wait longer! than you need to worry about your working visa and extending it...etc

If you do get hired as shipping coordinator after 3/31/2013 and work until April of 2014, it should be very clear for the Visa Officers regarding your work experience and it should leave no doubt.

Hi Johnny 31, Thank you for the qucik response.

It seems like my situation is really compliacted.

I would like send the enquiry to CIC Officer thorugh the-e-mail

and only when i get good response, i will apply spe 2013, otherwise i will apply 2014.

would you know if i can send e-mail to CIC officer or not. I am expecting that this email can be turned to be evidence

of what they said..... and support my document when required.

Thank you

Naoki

The people reading/replying are call centre agents and not the actual officers that review your application. No, they won't save your emails as evidence. Good luck

oK Thank you for your response Johnny.

I will consider your advise but would you mind giving me

CIC office e-mail address? since I do not know where to the address.

Thank you so much

Naoki

but call centre is still the fastest way to reach them. it took me about 3weeks to get a written response from them.

I agree with Johnny31... it is confusing. When you applied for the job what was the title? Unless you have a written contract saying they will move you up to a new role in March 2013, nothing is guaranteed. They could still let you go and hire a new "intern student". If I were you, I would start looking for a new job NOW. If you can find a skilled job this year, you will be eligible next year. The other issue with waiting too long to apply is that rules may change and requirements more stringent.

There is no email address to reach the call centre agents but you may ask them to send the information to your email. Note that they can only forward information that is already contained in the Immigration Act, not their personal opinions. You may contact CIO Sydney, but they generally do not provide advice to applicants.

HI SenoritaBella

MY JOB TITTLE IS "INTERSHIP STUDENT"

it does not say it will move up.

such a compliacted situiation.

i am planning to ask this case to immigration consultant or lawyer

Thank you

Naoki
