For sponsoring a spouse, there is no minimum income. You have to show your income for the last 12 months, but even if it is very low, you can still sponsor a spouse or partner.
You only have to meet a certain income level if you are sponsoring other relatives: parents, grandparents, grandchildren.
Thank you so much.

But on the CIC website, in the section of "Home > Application forms and guides", the information listed indicates the requirement for a sponsor's gross income in the last 12 months, at least over $35,000. what do you think?

Thereare no income inquiries for spousal sponsorships , in other words it doesnt matter how much u make . having a job is better though to show that you are capable of taking care of your spouse financially

Also being that you're a PR of Canada you have to be physically living in Canada to sponsor your wife once you're married.

Yes, but this is just if you are sponsoring parents, grandparents, grandchildren, etc. If you are sponsoring a spouse, partner, or dependent child, you are exempt from the income requirements.
