Only if he has no other relatives in Canada, and his parents are not alive anywhere in the world. And maybe a couple of other criteria I am not aware of. Although this still might be overridden by the fact he didn't declare you when he landed.
He dont have other relatives and his parent are long dead...
This gives me hope!

One criteria being that he did not commit misrepresentation regarding his kids when he landed. He cannot sponsor his kids now under any family class.
But can I count as relative and not a child then? Kiwi was right, I found out this:
You can sponsor one relative of any age or relationship, but only if you do not have one of these living relatives who could be sponsored as a member of the family class:

spouse or common-law partner,
conjugal partner,
son or daughter,
parent,
grandparent,
sibling, or
uncle, aunt, nephew or niece, and

you do not have any relative who is a:

Canadian citizen,
permanent resident or
registered Indian under the Indian Act.

I think he does have spouse but shes canadian citizen also.

Ah I see, so you're this man's child?

If you want to come to Canada, why not immigrate as a skilled worker? Learning a trade is one of the fastest ways to enter the country, as these jobs are very easy to get LMIA's.

And forget about what you posted, because he didn't declare you, he can never ever sponsor you through family class, also he's got a spouse.

He dont have other relatives and his parent are long dead...
This gives me hope!
That's kind of disturbing, sorry.

Yeah I am.
I got impression that skilled workers are engineers and doctors.. Going to try that then, if sponsorship is definitely not an option.
thanks..

Doesn't matter. She is considered a family member.

Anyway, even of you are not a dependent, your relation to him is you are his child. Then CIC will check and find that you were never disclosed to CIC when he landed and exclude you from sponsorship. You are excluded from any type of sponsorship by him. The only recourse I see is if he didn't know of your existence at the time he landed and it can be proven to CIC's satisfaction. Then there may be hope under some compassion grounds. But I'm not even sure about this...

Sorry... but the best option to try to immigrate without his sponsorship

"skilled" really is just "in demand". And depending on what part of Canada you wish to immigrate to, there can be a lot of "demand" for all sorts of jobs. Alberta is such a place where there is a labour shortage because of the rapid growth...

You don't need to be a doctor or engineer, or something that requires so much work and experience. Just need to have experience in certain list of jobs that allow you to immigrate to Canada. IMO, becoming an electrician, welder, plumber, any kind of tradesman, and immigrating to Alberta or Saskatchewan, will be a lot easier because in those provinces, its easy to get LMO's for those jobs.

You can either apply as a skilled worker, or get a work permit from an employer who's willing to hire you (shouldn't be that hard to do for tradesman), then work enough to apply through CEC class. Good news is because you're still young, you have lots of time to build your experience, also your English seems pretty decent, so your chances of being hired by someone should be higher than average.

This rule no longer applies to you if your father failed to declare you in his application. If your father failed to declare you, then you are no longer recognized as a member of his family for immigration purposes and can't be sponsored by him through any family class category. If you want to immigrate, you're going to have to qualify on your own.
