Yes, but still END DATE for a relocation travel does not make sense, does it? Please look at this example:

FROM: 11 Jun 2016
END: 24 Jun 2016
COUNTRY: A
PURPOSE: Tourism

FROM: 28 Oct 2016
END: 15 Sep 2017
COUNTRY: B
PURPOSE: Relocated

FROM: 15 Sep 2017
TO: 24 Sep 2017
COUNTRY: C
PURPOSE: Tourism

I'm still residing in country B but since I traveled to country C for tourism on 15th Sep, I had to mention END DATE for the relocation which does not make sense.
It doesn't make sense of course because you are listing wrong information. Please ignore other posters on this thread I assure you it is just short trips outside your country of residence. If you relocated, then a short trip back to any of your previous countries of residence will count in your travel history.
