I would like to apply for canadian skilled worker visa but have complex scenario

I am
Citizen of India
Applying from London,UK
And then will go to canada on Student visa with my partner.

Now do i need to inform canada ambessay about change of address form uk to canada?

and if ill change d address will it make any adverse effect on application processing time? :-\

SINCE U ARE STILL CITIZEN OF INDIA, U HAVE TO INFORM THE HIGH COMMISSION, DELHI ABOUT YOUR MOVEMENTS.
I AM CURIOUS AS TO HOW CAN U APPLY FOR CANADA PR AND STUDENT VISA, BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. U CAN ASK THE CHC ND, IF U CAN HAVE TWO STATUS AT THE SAME TIME. BEST OF LUCK
