It means your application is non-routine and a complex case… triage required means that an Officer must decide the level of complexity and scrutiny of your case. Good luck !

Did you travel to your home country or renew your home country passport? How many days did you have before submitting your application? If very close to 1095 that can trigger more scrutiny.

i never went to back home nor renew my country passport and i submit application when its 1269 days
