complete study permit delay fall 2020

hello guys
I submitted complete study permit on 19 June and my classes start on 4 September. Unfortunately ircc is not responding.
Will complete study permits receive aip or a final decision ?
does anyone know if the are processing complete study permits or their priority is just aip ?

And the final decision is:
Your application is in progress.
 
I have the same application status for mine. Applied on June 3rd. Complete application. Waiting for a reply.
 
Yeah i m on the same boat , my first application was rejected within 20 days on 27 july applied again on 31st july and now its still in process. I dont think ill get visa within time.
 
can we defer intake for one year , since now the next intake of my course is Sep 2021.
I am confused should i withdraw or defer ?

Incomplete or complete applications both are receiving an AIP. As they won’t be issuing the final approval until the vac opens in india.
 
Anyone who applied for complete study permit in may or june received any decision?

And guys
Do you know if they are processing complete or incomplete files right now ?
Because nowadays we only listen from incomplete files that got aip
Nothing from complete files .....
 
My understanding is that they are issuing AIP for both. And they will likely not issue final approvals until at least January from the gentleman I spoke with at PHAC (federal hotline for the agency that oversees Quarantine Act).
