i m stuck.since my seniors are nt giving me such a ref letter on roles and duties.they are saying its against their organization policy.i have all the other papers,joing datres,apprisels,salary slips,spot awards as manager.wht to doo!!!:((( i have everything ready except this damn letter,which is delaying my process.and the seniors(& HR) ARE JUST NOT COOPERATING.I HAVE GIVEN UP.
plzz help,wht do i do now. :(
 
You can probably apply with all the docs that you have and an explaination why you do not have reference letters and also an affidavit regarding your duties. Accounts has mentioned in one of his post that he succeded with the affidavit

If you have no way out then I think it is no harm trying with affidavits

But V/O or I/O has the discretion of accepting it or not..

I suggest, if you are working in renowned organisations, then go for Affidavit, otherwise try to get it from your co.
 
You can explain in writing why any documnet is not available. I believe experinece letters are not generally easy to get and CIC understands this. At the same time try to get a letter (even an email) from your work place indicating that they would not issue you such a document.
 
yes they are correct.. else what u can do is get some letter heads from the company and make your own reference letter
 
Also you can get an affidavit from your coworker(s). Submit org chart, salary slip any/every thing to proove your role. If you have anything in email where in your manager or HR refused to issue such certificate, submit a copy of that. Ask them if they can give it on plain paper or will they verify over phone.
