Comparison b/w Quebec & Fed Immigration

Hi,

Can someone shed some light on the major pros and cons of the Quebec and Federal Skilled workers immigration? Which can be materialized more quickly provided all requirements are met? In my case I qualify for both, which of these I should go for and why?

There is no significant speed difference in either of them. However, sometimes QSW moves a shade faster.

It also depends on the visa office. Before QSW was much faster than FSW, but after the new FSW fast-track process, QSW is comparatively slow - in New Delhi CHC, at least.

Also, for QSW, French is a must.
