I am ready to send my package of Educational Credentials Assessment for FSWP, However please just let me know few things before dispatch my package to CES.
I have ready sealed envelop of my (BBA) degree and the transcript.
1- Do I need to submit my secondary credentials (12th grade) also for the assessment? or the Bachelors degree and transcript would be enough to get ECA result?
2- Does the ECA results has validity period to expire?
3- How can I pay the Fee through credit card (VISA)?

A good ammount of our people want the Englishmen to rule over us, be it directly or indirectly. In this scenario, we are stuck. We can't blame anyone but our own people for the predicament we are all in. We are forced to be dependent on foreign authorities such as CES, ICAS, etc etc. We can neither influence their policies, nor can we make them expedite their work to at least normal level.
I emailed CES to tell me if they had at least received my documents, since they have not yet even charged the CC I sent in with my documents/details. I got the standard reply (i.e., it takes 2 or more weeks for them to note or confirm they have actually received docs). Its been more than 2 weeks now. I still have no confirmation of receipt of my documents, or charging of the CC or any communication that any of the required docs are missing or if everything is in order.

(1) In case you have any formal degree upwards of secondary credentials (i.e., bachelors, masters, Ph.D, etc etc), then CES doesn't need your secondary credentials for ECA
(2) CES wants colour photocopies of your original documents (degrees, transcripts), plus the forms they provide
(3) No idea about validity of ECA from CES. ICAS says they will keep your documents for 10 years. Perhaps their ECA for you will also be valid for at least the same period
(4) You don't need to pay CES directly via CC. You fill in the CC details in the Educational Credential Assessment – FSWP form, on page #5, and send this form with your documents in a sealed envelope to CES

May be timing depends on uni... I called CES regularly during November and was communicated that all my documents were processed and prepared to the final evaluation stage on 11 November
