Company name difference

I have show work experience for 3+ years with a single company.

I was hired by the parent company XYZ "Securities" and was than transferred to part of their trading arm registered under company XYZ "Commodities".This is a genuine case of transfer within companies division, these are the following documents I am having

Offer letter -- XYZ Securiies

Service certificate -- XYZ Commodities
Relieving letter -- XYZ Commodities
Reference letter -- XYZ Commodities


Is this an issue?

I Was in a somewhat similar situation to yours. The opposite actually - I was hired by the subsidiary (JV) of the parent company and later moved to the parent company. I had received an offer letter when I was transferred to the parent company which did mention the "continuity of employment" from JV company to parent company.

If you have such a letter I would suggest you include this too Along with the others. Or atleast get this written now.

no issue , show your 3+ year experience and upload your previous company's offer letter , relieving letter + pressent compny's offer letter current salary slips .
