My company is not ready to approve my job responsiblities in written. They will just give me the standard format letter which they give to others. Is this will be a trouble? If yes, what could be the possible solution?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
It is an issue. Ask a supervisor or a colleague to provide these in plain paper along with proof that they work in that company.

Is it 100% acceptable? With no risk of rejection.
It is acceptable, whether it is 100% acceptable I cannot guarantee. That being said, it puts you in a better position compared to the one you're in right now.

Getting it notarized would increase probability of acceptance I believe. I faced similar issue and have followed the same notarized declaration by colleague, currently application is in process, so can't say it is acceptable for certain.

My organization was not willing to provide any roles and responsibilities letter. This is what I submitted:

1. An email from the HR department stating they don't provide detailed roles and responsibilities letter and just provide the verification letter in a standard format.
2. The standard document provided by the HR department.
3. Notarized roles and responsibilities letter from a senior under whom I had worked.
4. Seniors visiting card.
5. Another notarized roles and responsibilities letter from another colleague. I got this just to be on the safe side, since the one in #3 was about an year old.
6. Vising card for #5

Apart from these, I just wanted to make sure that they have a way to confirm my employment so I added:
1. 6 Months salary slip
2. CTC breakup letter
3. Offer Letter
4. ITR.

I applied in Mid Oct and got PPR in Dec. This is just what I did and might help you in collecting/submitting documents. However, you must note that each application is different and may be processed by different case officers in a different way. All the best.

I just want to ask you something. Please answer me if possible. Do you know anything about their process of verification? Have you heard of anything from your office?

Actually, I am in a dilemma. My job title changes thrice in a two-year period. and it's under my primary noc. I am an OINP nominated applicant. The last title changed after I got my reference letter. You know it's very hard to ask for Ref letter again and again. I have already taken twice. Once at the time of OINP, another after ITA. What should I do now for PR application? Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks
