My husband and I both work from home as employees for Godaddy LLC (we currently live in Ocala) and they have an office in Toronto. Would applying for a the skilled workers visa work for both of us? Would we need to have our company write something up that we work for them and they have a office there etc.? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Company has an office in Canada.

Your only options would be to apply for an ICT, which, unless you are very specialised, would be hard to justify, or a normal full LMIA process.celestew84 said:
