Hello guys!

I work at a bank in a job occupation class (C) in the noc, and I work at my father’s business as a real estate agent as a second job after the bank hours and during weekends. I used the second job to apply for EE. The problem is my fathers company was officially « on paper » launched last April and I stated in application that I worked their from 9/2018 till 9/2019. Would that be grounds for refusal even though our business has been operating long before that date.
Thanks in advance

It could potentially be, I would keep some documentation handy explaining same in case you get an ADR.

If I mention this fact in my interview or inform them by any means would that be in my favor in any way ?
Given your experience is valid, there is no need to volunteer extra information that can potentially make your application more complicated. You have the reference letter from company to show your complete experience. However I would start gathering proof of your work in terms of salary payments, written contracts, company history and why it started conducting business before official launch.
If your experience is not valid however, then don't even think of claiming that to avoid fraud/misrepresentation.
