Company email URGENT HELP

Greetings all
Now i am planning on submitting my application today, i have one question please.
I am planning on adding email conversations from my work as an additional proof and also to confirm my managers contact information (we don't have business cards). The problem is my work email is a gmail while my workmates have outlook with company domain. (Gmail was my preference) so is that an issue, does it show discrepancies?.

It does. write an explanation letter and explain why. Don't leave it open to interpretation. I had the same issue - I included all the emails I'd sent to my organization and there official address was name@companyname. I explained it in the overall letter of explanation.

Hey thank you for your reply, so your email wasnt name@companyname.com ??. Yes of course i am planning on writing it in the LOE, what and how did you explain it( for me i just felt more comfortable with gmail and i kept asking them to get me a company email but neither of us bothered)

nope, no issue. recd my ppr email a few days ago.

sorry, just saw this. It was under review because:
they missed some of my documents which were included
they said I had one pay stub missing (I'd included official paperwork noting that it was missing, and why. but I guess they didn't see that!).
they were nitpicking over dates (again, no missing documents, just plain oversight).

i had to send everything again, old and some new paperwork, but i included emails this time to prove the extent I had gone to). sent new docs on Dec 26th I think and some more docs on Jan 31st (I think). Recd ppr email on Feb 4th

Yes, my email was myname@gmail and everyone else (HR, admin) was name@companyname. All my correspondence was via my gmail. I just added one line in my letter saying something on the lines of: "You may have noted that my correspondence with my colleagues at xx company was from a gmail address while theirs is from an official one. This was something that I had preferred when I'd first joined the company (when they asked me)."

If you have proof of that, include that too. "I have included further correspondence that alludes to my personal preference of gmail over the official email address. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about this or any other aspect of xx job at xx organization."

I had a loooonggg mail trail that I attached. My documents just from one job were 20 MB
