I am sitting with another confusion. One of company UP2 Solutions was acquired by IB Technology. Now my offer, joining, letter sits with UP2 Solutions where as my Relieving letter/Reference letter is on IB Tech letter head. They did give me a letter during 1st July that mentioned that I have been transferred from, but it was too basic for my LIKING at the moment. It is creating a lot of doubts. Below is the content of the letter.
Even though the letter is on IB Tech's letter head. It doesn't state from which company I was transferred. Plus, it doesn't state the reason why I was transferred (e.g., as part of recent acquisitions). Though, getting a new letter from them is a mission, do you guys think I should try to get new document or this will more than enough?

This is to inform you that you have been transferred to Indiabulls Technology Solutions Limited with effect from 01 July,2012.
Your compensation terms will remain same & will be as per the policy of Indiabulls. All other terms and conditions of employment
