hi everyone,
i have a situation, we have a baby but we are not married.we are both TFW and currently in canada. When she applied for WP in cic in philipines, she didnot include my name in her aplication as her comon law partner since she didnot know wht does it mean. But as a dependant child, the baby was included who bears my family name.On the other hand, in my aplication, i included her as my comon law parnter and dependant baby at cic in UAE. i came to know about this thru the cic website.Now, she has aplied for PR as a skilled worker(she was a manager but came here as food attendat and now promoted as manager)and included my name in her marital status as comon law.well, since she didnot do so in her WP aplication, i am thinking that maybe she should hve not include my name? was she wrong to do so? will this reason may affect her PR aplication?
