Common Law withdrawn - Express Entry next!

Hi,

After a time of uncertainty between me and my Canadian girlfriend (now ex), she decided to not attend the final interview for my common law application. So, I am now looking at alternatives for immigration and it appears that I would be eligible to apply under express entry since I have studied in Canada and have 2 year work experience.

With only 4 months left on my work permit, I understand that I have to get this process started ASAP.

I'm hoping someone would be able to answer the following questions:

1) What's a rough time estimate to receive the invitation to apply for PR after I submit my profile? (just booked a language test so can't submit profile just yet).

2) After I receive the invitation to apply for PR through express entry, can I apply for a bridge visa to ensure that I can stay and work until the decision has been made? (I'm quite worried about my short time-frame)

3) Can I "re-use" the medical examination that I did for Common Law application that was done in March 2019.

4) I paid for "Right of permanent residence fee" along with the Common law application fee for a total of $1040 back in 2018-05. Is there any chance I can carve out the "Right of permanent residence fee" and re-use that?
The receipt doesn't itemize the purchase, so from looking at it I wouldn't know what it includes.

Thanks for taking your time to help this desperate and slightly panicked individual..

1) It all depends on how many points you have. Right now you have to have in the neighbourhood of 460+ to be selected. If you have the right number of points, you should receive an invite in less than a month. Do you know how many points you'll have? I assume you either already have or have submitted ECA. You need that too before you can submit your profile (unless your education is from Canada).
2) No. You need to wait until you've submitted the complete PR application after receiving the invitation. Then you can apply for the BOWP.
3) Yes.
4) All of these fees will be refunded since the application has been withdrawn. You'll need to pay RPRF again once it's time.

4. As the sponsorship app was near completion (assuming so since you mentioned the landing interview) but you didn't land, the RPRF will be refunded. The $550 processing fees are forfeit.

1) I did some sort of test that showed the approximate score, and I believe I was up around 460points without using my current employer in any way. (Junior accountant, 1 year experience, positions doesn't seem to qualify for the LMIA)
(I also have 1 year of experience as a sous chef in Canada, but that's not my career path so don't think I can even include it?)
Education is from Canada. Is there anything I can submit before language test has been received?

3) I'll contact the medical office to see if they can forward me the results, this was not tied to my previous application I hope?

4) The landing interview was today, telephone lines full so wasn't able to get hold of anyone. What's the procedure for withdrawing the application? Safe to assume the money will be refunded to the card used at time of purchase?

To summarize; If I score enough points to get invited to apply, there shouldn't be an issue to continue to live and work here until PR decision has been made, correct?

There's nothing you can submit until you have your IELTS test results.

Make sure you aren't counting points for a job offer. You cannot get points for having a job offer unless your employer obtains an approved LMIA. You can include any work experience that's skilled work experience (i.e. NOC A, B or 0). Very strongly recommend you dedicate significant time to researching the Express Entry progress in detail to make sure your profile is accurate and you file a complete application. You want to make sure there's no chance the application will be returned as incomplete.

Yes - as long as you have enough points and apply in time, you should be good.
