Hi, My partner was married and divorce her in Canada but after her visa expires she reside back in the Philippines. My question is will this be a problem when I sponsor her back here in Canada? should she change back her maiden name?

Changing back to her maiden name won't do anything, she still has to declare the previous marriage. If the previous marriage was genuine and the divorce is complete and she left the county before her visa expired, this shouldn't be a problem.
