Hey guys i have a question me and my girlfriend are getting ready to apply for common law my question is in regards to the chat conversations we started talking in July until now i got all my chat logs but few months ago i switched phones saved a backup copy on whatsapp on my google drive then made another copy on Microsoft word, when i bought my new phone and try to upload my whatsapp backup it kept giving me error and couldn't upload my chat logs . I missed 4 months of our first chat logs but have december until now June would this be an issue?

Provide what you have got..........will advice you include an explanation of the missing chat in a separate sheet.

Communication proofs are not requested for common-law couples.

When did you actually start living together?

Made a mistake on my original post we are starting common law next month im currently looking for a place to rent with both our names on the lease, as it says above post 10 pages of social media conversations i have alot of months worth of pages i guess if i show enough evidence for long stretch of time it should be okay I dont really see anything on checklist showing proof from when we first started talking until now.

And if you read the checklist, those proofs are requested for people who are NOT living together when applying.

After the 1 year common law if she comes here again for another 6 months or year I would be able to apply while living together?
