Happy Canada day everyone, I have a complex matter.
I have been in Canada for almost two years living with my boyfriend who is currently going through a separation/divorce, we are planning on filing has common law sponsorship.
My question is do we have to wait until his divorce is signed and sealed by the court?
My extension expires in December 2017, I'm some what confused as to what to do.
what would be the best reason for another extension? as I don't want to be out of status.
