i have two employees at work both foreign worker , both with kids, and both husband living outside canada. They were both denied.

The guy wend to japan for work , then my co worker went to UK to work as well. She went back for vacation then she got ptregnant , after giving birth she went back to UK. Her sister was in canada and she got a LMO in canada, then again she want back for vacation and got pregnant for second baby. She applied her common law partner cause she got skilled LMO. They got denied cause the officer said its not enough evidence of living together tho they have kids.

This sounds like the correct decision. To sponsor a common-law partner, the couple has to live together for 12 months continuously, and be able to prove it. Having kids together is not enough.

O, yea that seems to be the only occupation that Canadian employers are granting LMO's for....
