Hi Guys,
I'm new to this forum so I apologise in advance if these subjects have already been covered.
I have a couple of questions for all you experienced people
-My situation is that I am currently residing in Australia (since August 2013) with my Canadian partner on a WHV and we are going to come back to Canada in August 2014. We are looking to start the outland PR process for myself as soon as we get back. My first question is, I believe an Option C form is needed for the sponsor approval (as well as a letter from an employer etc), however - my partner as a potential sponsor has been out of the country. Would she just supply her last Option C available (which I would imagine would be for 2012-2013)?
-I understand also that she will need to be able to prove her income in order to be approved as a sponsor. My partner is likely going to be starting university when we return which will require her to have taken out a student loan for the fees. As well as attending university, she will be getting a part time job. Will this in your opinions be an acceptable situation for a potential sponsor to be in?
Thanks everyone!
