Hi , I need some guidance from people who dealt with this situations before to help me understand a few things.
Im a Male, Canadian Citizen and Im in the process of sponsoring my Common Law spouse . She is an international Student here in Toronto, ON and we've lived together for well over a year now. I've got all the applications sorted out and everything seems to be pretty straight forward so far. The only problem I have is whether to send the application Inland or Outland . Now, Ive talked to a few so called Layers and its been frustrating. Some want $4000 before they open their mouth and some down even know what they are talking about. I know that Outland is better because it should take faster and it won't limit Common Law spouse on her traveling.
BUT, here is my dilemma : How exactly do I file my application for Outland WHEN my Common Law spouse lives with me here in Toronto and has a current Student multiple entry VISA, Current study permit and Off Campus Work permit all valid till July 2015. So she technically doesn't need another VISA issued to her because she already has one. Is there a specific Letter or an Application I need to file to make sure my Application is sent Outland ? or is there a different address I need to type in the application for Visa office (Ottawa Maybe ?)
Can the application be sent as Outland to Ottawa because my spouse already legaly lives here ?
Maybe I didn't get something but I went through the applications that I got from Cic.gc.ca and I could not find any box to indicate whether this is going to be Inland or Outland
I appreciate your help
