Just a random question, is it weird/flaky to write things by hand in the application? I'm filling out all the forms on the computer, and letters are typed of course.. But I'm thinking on like printed pictures, receipts, tickets things like that. I'll print them out, then add a small description of what they are and why they are there by hand..?

There is no problem with writing anything in the application by hand. Just be sure to only use black ink.

Is highlighting acceptable? Let's say I print out a credit card statement but want to emphasize which charge I want them to look at, can I highlight? I know this seems silly but I don't want the application to come back for silly mistakes like that!!

Yes you can highlight what you want them to see/ what is relevant.

Whilst we're at it does anybody have any suggestions on how to include plane tickets? Should I just keep them loose and label them on the index or can i paper clip them to an A4 piece of paper ? Or are photocopies accepted.
