Common Law Sponsorship Application from Outside Cananda Process Time??

Good Morning Everyone,

We mailed in our Common-Law Sponsorship application by courier which was received October 1st, 2020 (Confirmed by the courier service).
As of today December 2nd, 2020 we have not received any confirmation nor notification from Canadian Immigration that they have received anything.

Assuming things are delayed because of the pandemic, but with 2 months gone by and not even confirmation that they received our application and our concerns rising.

Can anyone shed some light on this or provide a contact/resource to help confirm our application made it and is in the que to be processed?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

There's nothing to worry about and this is perfectly normal. It's taking months right now for IRCC to send confirmations applications have been received. I believe some applicants from May are still waiting for their confirmations.

Even pre-COVID-19, it was normal to wait a couple of months for a confirmation.

I appreciate the response and help. It definitely gives us some piece of mind having confirmation to the situation and timelines.
