Hello
My partner and I have been living together for one year. The issue we face is proof of living together as we did not see this as the route we were going to take.
My partner has supported us financially and everything is separate. Our relationship is public online and we both get mail sent to our house

We have the lease in both of our names and I have paid rent a few times

My visa application states my partners parents address as well as a shipment being sent there in my name.

There is a registration form from our city in our names to vote that has been sent to us.

We have photos and tickets of when we have traveled together as well as countless texts and some Facebook and Skype messages

We can get things notarized as well, this is not a problem. My fear is we do not have enough proof

Sounds pretty good to me.

Shared bills and a joint bank account are helpful but not required. Lease and mail to common address ought to be sufficient in most cases. The fact that you paid rent a few times helps as well.

Make sure the lease in both of your names was signed at least one year before you send the application.

Do the proofs that you have cover at least one year? Note that photos/tickets/texts/etc. are not common-law proofs.

Yes it’ll be one year officially August 28th

Our lease agreement has my name and theirs dated

And then documents through out the year. His are all the bills, mine are some government and then miscellaneous things.

We traveled a bit and will be travelling again before applying.

Do you have anything besides the lease that shows one year, i.e. mail received in August for both of you?
