Hi, we have recently received the ITA 6th Mar 2019 for Canada PR. I have applied together with my partner for pr me being primary applicant. My landlord has provided us this year rent agreement started Jan 2019 however refused to provide for last year as he didn’t not created one and now saying he doesn’t want provide back dated. Also refused to provide any letter for last year with his name included. I didn’t informed about his cohabitation as in India it is still a taboo to live together without marriage however he convinced to put his name in the new agreement (surprised) . We have been actually living together from 2017 but never thought of PR earlier.
Proofs we have :-
1) 2 trips we took together in 2017 and 2018
2) Affidavit from neighbours confirming we stay at current address from mid 2017
3) utility bills on both names like groceries shopping
4)his ITR filled from same address,
5)HR address from his office confirming same address
6)AC bill on my name but he paid it
7) July 2018 washing machine purchase
8) his uber pick up drop history from last 2 years for office n back home
9) current year rent agreement on both of us name
10) letters from friends about our relationship and confirming their visit to our house
11)internet bill on my name from last one year old but regularly paid by him
12) joint account opened in Dec 2018
13) Tax saving FD where he is nominee
14)our pictures and relationship history
15) other items shipping at the same address like from myntra/amazon
We both belong to different religions and hence have been very discreet with our relationship as it have consequences n life threatening as I belong to a caste where honor killings is normal. Thts the main reason we also wanted to move to Canada so that we can have secured lofe there and get married without any fear.
Please suggest are these proofs enough?
