Common law partner OWP

Hi guys,

We just sent our sponsorship application (common law partner) with an application for OWP.

OWP application contains all the document on the checklist, including the statuatory declaration sealed by a public notary.
But I wonder if i should have included the same proofs ( like bills, common bank statements, lease ...) i provided in the sponsorship application ?

You need to include everything on the OWP application checklist and nothing more.
If anything is a “duplicate” of something already included in your spousal app, it still needs to also be included in the OWP app.
If the OWP checklist doesn’t include relationship proof, then you are fine.
