Hello,

I applied SCLP in Canada.

I received a letter from IRRCC, it says, "We sent you a message about free pre-arrival services that you can now use. These services are available to you before you arrive and are meant to help prepare for and adjust to life in Canada" What does this mean?

and also I checked my status in my portal account as follows:

1. eligibility completed
2. Medical exam completed
3. Background verification completed
4. Biometric received

What do you think it means?
