If they want to refuse my application they shouldn't wait so long. We have to re-plan our future in case of a negative decision

Because I sent them tons of information of us living together and they requested even more. They want to have everything that's on this list http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=347&t=14 and even more. We couldn't provide everything but almost everything and I still haven't heard from them if it is finally enough.

Thanks so much for your detailed answer. I really appreciate you taking the time, but it has me even more worried. The thing we have going for us that we were in a relationship for 4 years when we applied and have lived together continuously for 2.5 years before we applied (we also lived together for a bit before but then I went back to Canada for 10 months.) I hope that helps!

We had the option of sending our application to Vienna but we choose Rome instead. I'm glad we went with Rome. Which we wouldn't have done without this forum and all the wonderful people on it. Thanks everyone!
