Help pls. Meron po ba sa inyo successful application of OWP ng common law pero yung approved visa ng student ay hindi nakapagpasa ng common law for during application? Magapply yung dependent as common law ng student na nasa canada na? Si common law partner married and separated since 2008 and not yet annulled. Appreciate your advise po. Thank you.

You'll have much better luck if you post your question in English.

If the study visa has been granted already. In my understanding thats misrepresentation. You have to declared your common- law partner from the beginning of your application. But the person did the right thing not declaring you in her/his application for the reason she/he still married- and thats a red flag. However, if the marriage doesn't exist and has a common-law partner. Failure to declare would surely cause problems when she/he apply for PR. Regardless if the person is separated many years ago, but no court order of marriage has been annulled---her/his marriage is still valid under the constitutional law.
Goodluck!
