Hi All,
My parter and I want to apply for a permanent residency in Canada for myself. He is a Canadian citizen, but we live in the UK as common-law partners. We are going to apply under Family Class.
Before submitting the application I have a few questions regarding the supporting documents and you might be able to help me with:
1.As my parter lives and works outside of Canada, what kind of documentations would he need to prove he can sponsor me? Also, (it might be obvious but I have never done anything similar before) what the detailed explanation of his plan to support me must include?
2.At the proof of the relationship as we live together we have the rental agreements, joint utility bill. However I am not sure if we have to provide any other proof?
Thank you
Karolina
