Hey everyone!

I am going to apply PR under CEC next week (waiting for the NOC letter right now), and my common law boyfriend is Canada born Canadian, therefore, do i have to provide his personal information such as "personal background check"and "traveling history"?

or do i just add him like family member under the form of "additional family member" and my maritual status as common law?

thanks for your opinion! ;)

Do this, but also add a written statement that the reason your common-law husband is not included as a co-applicant is that he is a Canadian citizen. Include a photocopy of his birth certificate and/or passport.
