So after over 5 years of being together.. we would love to apply for PR.
The issue is proving our common law relationship. As crazy as it sounds we met in Australia in 2013 and have been travelling the world ever since - but as backpackers we haven't had leases with our names on or credit cards or even utility bills.
Our saving grace (maybe)is opening a joint bank account here n Canada over 12 months ago - but we hardly ever used that.
Of course we have pictures and plane ticket confirmations etc.

But that seems a little flakey? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as only one of us can achieve enough crs points

You need to get the IMM 5409 Statutory declaration of Common Law Union Notarized, all other docs are supporting, joint bank account is great
