Common-law inland - OWP application

Hi guys,
I am finishing my common-law -PR application, but not sure about the online part for OWP.
I obviously have all proofs (lease, bills etc) included in the physical PR package, but not sure if I need to upload those to the OWP online as well?
It is asking me to fill out the Spousal declaration form, but apart from that, there is nowhere to upload the proofs??

You dont apply for the owp in this case online, you include it with your sponsorship application.

The URL you included is a guide to making a paper application. In any case bian07 is correct. You put the work permit application in with the sponsorship/PR application and send them off together (with all the required fee receipts).

If you're common law then you need the statutory declaration

It doesn’t say anywhere that the statutory declaration is needed for sponsorships applicants. Can you please share your source?

I found it in requirements through OWP online. But you are right, it’s not in the checklist. I was reading through the threads here and some people say they were asked for it during the process, which causes delays. I am not really sure to be honest.....

Are you talking about the PR application or the work permit application? The work permit application requires only that you include an IMM5710 with the sponsorship/application package. It requires nothing else.

I am talking about common law PR application package with open work permit application in it. Hahah sorry I am so confused

The Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Status, if that's what we're talking about, is not mandatory.
