Hello, sorry for the 10000 messages,
just having a last minute anxiety before sending everything.
For the common law inland application for the open work permit, after the general checklist I have to upload:
IMM5556 (checklist)
IMM5409 (statutory declaration),
IMM5710,
proof of payment (255CAD) and documents (passport, current status in Canada) Am i missing anything you think?

I am coming from the IEC program, and in IMM5710 there's a box that states I should provide additional coverage for my "intended stay in Canada". Does this apply to me?

And moreover, it seems weird that in IMM 5556 basically none of the boxes (LMIA people, or others) applies to me. I am just sending the general required documents and applying for an "initial open work permit". Is there any mistake in that?
Thank you very much in advance

I'm at the same stage you are- fretting about everything before I send it all off, but if it makes you feel any better, my checklist was pretty bare as well. The second and third pages were all empty, and I wrote 'N/A' next to all the boxes on those pages. Only 3 or 4 boxes applied to my application on the first page.

A friend of mine has been through this process before and she said the same thing. She just recently had her sponsorship approved, so I trust she knows what she's talking about :)

thank you for your answer. I am so stressed about the OWP cause it will actually enable me to keep my job, that I don't want to mess it up!
