I'm currently collecting my documents for Express Entry and I had a quick question.
I've been asked to submit a Statutory Declaration of Common Law (IMM5409). When me and my partner moved to Canada in October 2016 we had to get one of these signed and notarized.
I still have a copy of this document - my question is whether it is still valid a few years later? I can contribute extra evidence since October 2016, including things like tenancy agreements.
Thanks!
