Some applications demand originals due to rampant fraud from some locales. If this was the case, they should be returned. However, if originals were not requested, who knows... They could be lost. Why did you send originals? Just certified true photocopies are fine.
Applicant is from the Philippines (from his previous post), so I don't think originals were required. Some applications demand originals due to rampant fraud from some locales. If this was the case, they should be returned. However, if originals were not requested, who knows... They could be list.
You or your wife can always request new copies of your BC's from PSA office. Either one of you do it online or in person. Thanks Rob, I mean such as the remittances that I sent IRCC birth certificates are all originals
You were told 1 year ago this would happen. Why on earth did you ignore all the advice every single person gave you and not only continue with the app, but choose to appeal it??? https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/procedural-fairness-letter.473525/page-2#post-5767170
You may have lived with your current partner a long time, but then you legally separated from them to marry someone else which erased the relevance of your previous cohabitation. And since re-connecting with your current partner, you did not live together 1 year. Your application was rightfully refused. An appeal would have ZERO chance of success. Absolutely none. Would be a complete waste or time and money to appeal.
Abandon your app completely, and do a brand new one as married or after you live together 1 year. You should have started this process by withdrawing your app a year ago.

Hi i am marrying my boyfriend and plan to sponsor him under family class spousal sponsorship inland. We start living together since sept 22,2016. I was landed for pr marh 24, 2017. I didnt tell the immigrantion that i was living with my boyfriend before i land as we werent expecting it to be together till now. Question are:
1. Being landed and dont tell that i was cohabiting with my boyfriend for 6 months before i landed will that affect the processing.
2. Is it mandatory to tell them i was living with my boyfriend 6 months before i landed.
Please let me know thank you so much.
