I was in a relation between 2004 to 2010, we also lived together for a period of time but have always done taxes separately. I kind of lived between his apartment and my mother. We did add each other to dental benefits provided by my company but that was only for the period of one year because then we broke off.

Would this be considered a common-law relationship? I'm filling out the sponsor application, and I'm not sure whether I should include this as under a question if I ever had a previous common-law. It's also asking for his address, and I have no idea where he is.

What do you! TIA

If you never did taxes together, then there is no record of it anywhere so I probably wouldn't even mention it.
