Hi everyone..
Before i apply for working visa i include my same sex partner and i declare her my common law partner,.
When i landed in canada after 4months we broke up, and when i decided to apply for a pr i did not include her as my partner anymore.
But then after 1year of no communication or anything.when i got back from our country for visitation, she visit me and pursue me to get back together.
My question now how do i sponsor her if i did not include her in my application before i am pr?anyone can help and advice?thankyou

You can't sponsor her until you have become common-law partners again. When you separated, it reset the "cohabitation" clock back to zero, so you need to start the process from the beginning again.

Can i apply her a trv?is there a posible way?
You can try. However, you have the option to return, and become common-law again. There is no legal or immigration barrier to you doing that.
