Hello Guys

We are about to apply for our common law PR Application , is this enough evidence? We have lived with each other since January 2015 but did not have sufficient evidence from Jan 2015 - June 2015:

Primary:
Australian Rent Receipts/Deposit Receipt/Lease Agreement with both our names from June 2015 to January 2016
Notarized and Certified Translated affidavit from Partner's korean mother stating that we stayed with her in Korea from January 2016 to April 2016
Notarized letter stating we stayed at my Sister's Canadian household from April 5 2016 to June 1 2016
Canadian Deposit Receipt/Lease Agreement with both our names starting June 1 2016

Shared Canadian Credit Card statement
Shared Australian Credit Card/Bank Account From Jan 2015 to Jan 2016 statement and history
Mail sent to same address in Australia/Canada
Life insurance with my partner's name under beneficiary
Notarized letter from my Mother stating that shes aware our relationship is genuine and ongoing
Two Notarized letters from two of our mutual friends stating that their aware our relationship is genuine and ongoing
Utility Bill going to Australian Address under my name (but paid for with our shared account - noted in Bank Statement/history)
Canadian Hydro Bill with both our names

Secondary:
Flight itineraries/receipts/boarding passes for all flights
Hotel/AirBnB itnireraries/receipts for all trips taken together
Passport stamp pages showing same departure/arrival dates

Photos of our chats when we had early long distance(many pages)
Photos of our outings/trips etc (many pages)
Photos of us with our families (We lived with each others families for a bit, many pictures)

Canadian Lease Agreement we had in May 2014 (did not fit into our common law 12 months)

Receipts of Ikea furniture (Paid under my credit card which she is authorized to use)
Receipts of groceries
Receipts of movie tickets/museums

We wanted to get a shared canadian bank account but my bank told me she has to have official papers (shes only here on vistior visa while we wait for processing),
anyone know of any alternatives to get her name under my account?

Thanks for your help!

Great evidence!

CIBC seem to be good with foreign visitors opening accounts. My common-law partner had accounts with them, and CIBC did let him add me to his account and open my own separate Canadian bank accounts before I had an application submitted. We did this to add to our application too :)

I will try CIBC and see if we can get one setup, thanks for the tip.
